Anyone can download the app, but to become a driver, you must:
- Submit your vehicle information and relevant documents for verification.
- Undergo a thorough background check.
- Provide a Paypal email for receiving payments.
For Hauling services, drivers can enlist 1-2 additional helpers after passing a background check and adding them to their account before the first pick-up.
Features of the app include:
- Receiving customer requests within a 25-mile radius or manual assignment from the admin.
- Option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' requests.
- Chat feature for direct communication with customers during an active order.
- Loading/unloading timers to calculate labor costs.
- Access to order history.
- A two-way review system where drivers and customers can rate each other within the app.
- Guided directions powered by Google Maps from start to finish.
- In-app notifications for service requests and other updates.
An option is available to transport alcohol beverages with certain restrictions and necessitating additional legal licenses.
